REPUBLIC OF SILENCE won the Golden Dove Honorable Mention granted by the jury for the International Competition and the Goethe Institute Prize for the best documentary film at the International Competition.

Both recognitions were granted at the Awards Ceremony of the 64th Dok Leipzig international documentary and animation film festival 2021.
